At least this is how it was listed, as a sugar bowl.
I bought it off eBay for $5 that includes shipping. I used to buy made in England , Johnson Bros. Price Kensington, cottages etc. I think this is my first made in Japan and I like it.
It has no chips or cracks and the color is good. It does not have the spoon, but most of these don't come with one. I mainly used to buy the teapots.
The bowl has a lot of crazing. I have been trying to find this mark but I have had no luck so far. It is very close to the Noritake mark.
The average price for this would be about $15. I don't resell any of my things. If I get tired of something I will donate it to goodwill.
It is almost 4" high and almost 3" wide. It will make a cute trinket box. I will update this if I find the maker and get an idea of it's age. I am thinking it is at least 60 years old and probably older.
